Refund policy

All sales are final. Vintage and antique items are sold "as is". No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Paints and other consumable items are non-returnable. In the event that your purchase was damaged during shipping, please contact us at byminkology@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt so we can submit a claim and resolve the issue. 

Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date.  No exceptions.
